Dear friends,

Please kindly help me with the following issue. When I was trying to log in EOI system, I met the following issue.

401 unauthorised access
You do not have permission to request resource.

I thought maybe there was sth. wrong with my EOI Account, so I created a new one. But the same error occurred, when I trying to log on using the new ID.

Do you have similar experience? Please kindly share.

I hope it is a maintenance issue and can be resolved soon. I have tried it 1:30am Sydney time and just a minute ago, met the same error.

are you be able to log on now?
