I am trying for last 2 days but unable to get into my skill select account.

The system maintenance window was Sat 2 p.m. to Sun 9 a.m. Australian time.. But the applications is still not back.

Being a software engineer yourself, you know very well that maintenance schedules do not always run as per plan

Login by Monday morning india time, and I am sure that you will find it up and running
