Hi I am just wondering if any of you have used these movers? I have quotes from all of them, and I am just trying to work out who we would go with.

Anglo Pacific (the most expensive quote - even when they revised it)

Brittania - was put off whe they said they would pack our stuff into a van then repack the container at the warehouse.

Doree Bonner - the rep was a bit off with me when I said we hadn't applied for visa yet (we will be soon, just needed idea of costs for now)

Robinsons - still waiting for quote but they didn't come out til yesterday so I can't complain :) but they seemed ok, said they could do a deal on the price.

We are hoping the visa won't bee too much of a problem. I am Australian, both the kids are dual citizens and me and my Husband have been together for 9 years nearly, married for nearly 6. My husband should also be ok to find work. One agency said as soon as he is sorted to contact them with out delay.:)

Hi,
Sorry, no experience with these specific movers. We used excess baggage: Excess Baggage Company - Free Quote - Shipping & Storage Services

We shipped from London to Sydney and were very pleased with the service in London. We felt the service in Sydney was a little more laid back but it was fine and everything arrived safely and on time.

We chose excess baggage because their quote process was most straight forward and they were clear about the additional insurance expenses etc.

All the best with your plans.
Thank you for that info. I did look briefly at this company, ill have a look in more detail. Than you.
