Greeting Everyone!

I am international student in Australia. I am interested in starting up my company/platform to provide software solutions, app development and other IT services. However, after surveying from online resources, I am little confused wether to start with "Sole Trader" or "Company". Because, currently I intend to operate it all by myself until further expansion.
So, I seek valuable guidance from expert members on this matter. Following are my queries;

Which option should I go for, Sole trader or company?
I am international student, are there any restrictions for starting up my company?
How much in total it costs for starting up?

Your response is highly appreciated, Cheers!!

you don't have to get an ABN and pay GST till your income reaches to $75k

Your restriction is not to work more than 20 hours. It's a bit hard to proof I guess. So if you happen to fail your classes, then I guess immigration will assume that you worked more than 20 hours.
