Dear Members,

This is my very first post to this forum as I am a new member, though I have been reading some posts by other members for quite some time.

But, now after I received the e-mail (requesting further documents) from my CO on 16th of April, 2012, for my GSM-175 application which was lodged on 3rd of Dec, 2011, I have something to get clarified regarding the mail I received.

Here goes my specific information, followed by questions to be discussed here.

Application Lodged - 3rd of Dec 2011
Received e-mail from CO - 16th of April 2012

Email contained following 7 attachments:

1. Client Service Information.pdf
2. Form 1071i Health Requirements(permanent entry).pdf
3. Form Character reqs penal clearance certificates.pdf
4. Request Documents or Info.pdf
5. Visa application summary.pdf
6. Request for information - Detailed Information.pdf
7. Form 80 Character assessment.pdf

The attached document 'Request for information - Detailed Information.pdf' summarizes the requirement of additional information for further processing of my Visa as follows:

Specific Employment
Undergoing the Health Assessment for your Visa
Police Certificates
Form 80

As Health Assessment and PCC are common to all the applicants, I have got some questions regarding 1st (Specific Employment) and 4th (Form 80) requirements above.

Request for information - Detailed Information.pdf says

You have indicated that you wish to be considered for specific employment points. Please provide evidence of skilled employment in a skilled profession for a total of 5 out of the last 10 years (prior to your lodgement date of 03 December 2011). The evidence you provide must cover the entire claimed period. Include as much of the following evidence as possible:
  • Bank statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts for the period June 2011 to October 2011;
  • Taxation Documents (annual EPF statements)

My question here is: Do I have to submit a fresh Employer Reference Letter from the company I am working currently, in addition to bank statements and EPF statements? Or only the two bullet pointed documents?

I have seen, some posts elsewhere in this forum, similar to my situation, but I noticed they were requested for 'Form 80' like I was requested. They were asked to submit only PC and Health Assessment. Why I am asked to submit Form 80 also in my Mail?

Dear, friends I have asked two question above, I would appreciate your speedy answers as I have only 20+ days to submit my documents..

PS: My first post's been a lengthier one as I had to explain my situation. But, my upcoming posts would be more shortened. :)

Regarding Form 80, even I got a similar request from CO to re-submit the form 80. I've noticed that the questionnaire in the new form 80 was bit different from what I'd submitted initially to DIAC. So filled it up an uploaded it again.
You need to submit an employer reference letter along with other proofs. Even I got the same request and submitted all the docs. If you have the ref letter you submitted to ACS( even a copy) might well do the trick.
I got my visa granted once these were submitted.
