Is Aus always so far behind on the season broadcasts? In UK we're already at season 8 ep 22 with greys anatomy for example and aus only episode 12. Even in SA they're ahead! Is it a common thing or was it only this series?

Yes. This is always often the case, almost without exception.
Don't move here for the TV.

Have you heard of BitTorrent?

Yeah. I'm not moving for tv don't worry :) i was just curious... By the looks of it we will probably prefer to be on the beach more than in front of the tv anyway :))

Australian TV is grossly outdated, including their news outlets. Their media is generally v backwards and australians themselves hate their TV system.
