I have an odd questions that I hope one of you might be able to help me with... We are STILL waiting for our company to process our green card applications so I was hoping to expedite somewhat.

Here is my question, I am a British citizen, born in Germany (British Military Hospital, so technically England). Although not in the spirit of the Green Card Lottery, would I qualify to enter the Green Card Lottery as a German Born individual, despite not being German...?

presuming you Are ona H1B ..EB3

they are listing about 2 year for the process
