With the countdown to moving ticking, I would like to set up with a decent ForEx provider that offers good futures or rate trigger services without costing an arm and a leg. Has anyone any experience in this? Any recommendations?

Currency Fair always has the best rates.

OFX is next and probably easier to use than Currency Fair.

If it's a very large amount and you want interbank rates then you could open an account with Interactive Brokers.
Many thanks. OFX in particular has incredibly good rates; that's almost interbank. Commission looks like 0.2% or similar.

Also, if you open an account with Citibank in Netherlands and in Australia then you can transfer the amount (instantaneously, I think) with no transfer fees :)
Thanks for the pointers, but Citi only does corporate in the Netherlands I believe.
