Going to School on a Work Visa

Hello, I actually have 2 questions...

1) I am in the UK on a 3-year Tier 2 (General) work visa. I was thinking about getting an MBA while I was here and I was wondering if I could go to school part/full-time. I would doubt that it would be free, but I was wondering if I could even do that?

2) If I was given the opportunity for a 2nd job would I be able to take it? For instance would I be able to work under my sponsored job and also work as a part-time professor?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Regarding 1, I would be shocked if you could not. Universities only will check about your nationality if you are trying to claim a discounted fee normally available to EU citizens, otherwise they do not care at all about you (I did a post graduate diploma and was never asked anything about my nationality or migratory status).

Regarding 2 is trickier, doesn't your visa say anything that may shed some light? You should simply ask the authorities, no need to beat around the bushes.
Thank you

Thank you for your reply. I was wondering how you actually go about asking the authorities. I have looked at the UKvisa website for some sort of contact email or number about these types of questions and have been unable to find a suitable contact method. I might have missed something though.

Any suggestions on best way to actually contact the appropriate people for these questions?

Thanks,
Todd
