Getting married

Me and my gf are planning to get married in the US. She's a green card holder. Will she need her pilippine passport to present if we go to Spain and does she need to get visa? We want to know the process of marrying someone in New York, especially someone who is not a US citizen. I'm a Spaniard.

once you are married, if you want to live here she can apply for a family resident visa here in Spain at the nearest extranjería to where you live - if you have a search of the forum there are discussions about this process - start with the 'useful links' thread which is 'stuck' at the top of the page
