What's more, having chosen not to proceed immediately with the work, the car was given back to us which the a/c hardly working at all, a shrug of the shoulders and a "needs doing quickly sir" comment.
Took the car to a well known independent place 2 days later and within 4 hours of dropping it off, a small leak in the system had been identified, some kind of seal replaced, the system topped up and it's ready for collection.
Cost?
400Dhs.
Mrs Confiture has a nice cool (at least inside) car to drive and the main dealer can say goodbye to any future business.
