Need some advice as to where to find a villa..

We have just been offered a spot in GWA for September 2012. My daughter will be in KG2.

So after getting the school aspect taking care of...now where to live?? I was wondering where most families are living who have children going to GWA. We really want a family atmosphere where the kids can make friends and somewhat close to the school. approx 15 min drive.. a little longer if its worth it. Are GWA families all over the place or is there an area that most will gravitate to because of the school location. We have been looking at Umm Suqeim.. but is that too far??

Any GWA parents would like to share where they think the best place to live?

I have friends whose son goes and they stay in Arabian ranches. It's a 10 min drive from there as a straight road with no traffic lights or anything.

It's only 10/15 mins from um sequiem as well. Think u will prob find that families with kids at GWA will live all over the place. It's not far from the Lakes, meadows or springs either so u could look at villas there too.
