You go to a registered oil heating fitter and he will issue you with a certificate ..... can cost about €100.
Its a bit like the gas bottles, the installation should be checked also regularly

just found out at the new place it has oil fired heating. spoke to a very nice spanish gentleman at the closest depot who wouldn't deliver any or even sell me it in barrels as I don't have a certificate???
Can anyone help advise what documenti actually need and where i'll get one from? Will be setting off on Friday so will need heating very very soon and don't fancy having to put Derv into a 1000 litre tank at the side of the barn!!!
