Hi,

My spouse has her entire education in English from India.
What documents are required as proofs for Functional English for her.
Her marksheets are all in English. Will this suffice or is there any specific letter required from college for this ?

Up to what level she has completed? CO asks at least Bachelor degree and a letter from college/university stating that the medium of instructions was English.

Apart from this another way (as found in the forum) is to appear for a PTE A or any english exam listed in the department site and get atleast the minimum required score.

Either you provide a letter from University where your spouse completed her studies stating that medium of instruction "English"
or
ask her to sit for English test
