Hello

I'm planning to file my case in next few days but before that, i need your help.

I'm senior software engineer in well reputed organization in Dubai. Following is what on basis i'll apply

Job1.
Designation = Software Engineer
Duration = May 2006 - Nov 2011
Documents : Experience letter and Bank statements.

Job2.

This is a small company in United Kingdom. I had 3 years contract( date is mentioned below) with them which i completed successfully. According to contract
they were not bound to pay salary on monthly basis. We were agreed on some amount( around 60k pound). Company were used to pay through bank transfer.
My question is, can i show this experince in ACS ? I was working full time with them but now they have closed their office in pakistan

Deisgnation : Software engineer
Duration : Nov 2011 - Sep 2014 )
Documents : Experience Letter + Bank Statements + Contract copy

Job3.

Designation : Software engineer
Duration : Oct 2014 - Jan 2016
Documents : Payslip only. Company used to give salaries in hand.

Job4

Designation : Senior software engineer
Duration : May 2016 - Todate
Documents : Bank statement

Your Job2 is similar to my own situation and can be considered as freelance work. I too was paid once at the end of a certain work/ project contract (18 months). I don't see any problem with this.
