Friends, what does front loading mean?

How does it help in reduced grant time?

Also wanted to check if we need to upload attested copies or color scanned copies of all documents while applying for Visa (post receipt of Invite)?

Front loading means that you upload all documents before the CO has to ask for them

Obviously, if the CO has all the documents required for processing your case already available and does not need to ask you to upload the same, your grant will be faster

No copies need attesting as long as they are scanned in colour

Also noticed that you have received grant already. Congratulations. This is really fast (with in 2 months) considering folks are waiting for more than 6-8 months for the grant.

Please share any tips which in your opinion will help in speedy processing !!

It includes Medical

Submit a complete application
Do not twist facts to suit you
Upload documents systematically not haphazardly

Don't get disheartened by reading how fast other got the grant
Just remember those who are still waiting for more then a year
You wait will look much shorter
