Hi all,
How to sign on form 80 & 1221. Do we have to print the declarations page, sign, then scan & upload it along with other electronically filled papers? or we have to print & scan complete set of forms?

The former is the easy option. Just print the declaration page and sign n scan it. Attach it with the rest of the filled form.

1.I did it little differently, I scanned my signature alone using camscanner.

2. Used pdfwriter software to print the signature page of form 80 as jpg image.
Now I have two images, signature and page which should be signed
3. Included both images in image editing application (preview mac) , aligned my sign exactly where it should be in that page.
Saved it as an image again
4. Opened pdf 80 in Google Chrome printed 1-16 pages (excluding signature page)
5. Used combinepdf.com to merge 1-16 pages and page which contains signature (17)
Now the final pdf is ready.

Well it is quite an effort. But if you wanna do everything without printing a page. This is one such solution.

Best is yet to come!

HI

One way is , fill the form, sign on the sheet where manual sign is required. Then scan the entire set

Second way, take print of the sheet where sign is needed. Then scan it and then merge it properly with remaining set at right page number.
