Hi

Just reading the form FLR_M online, as im coming up to extending mine and 2 childrens visa. Just wanted to clarify 2 points.

A) I entered the UK 10 March 2013 Visa expires on the 2 December 2015 am i right in saying i can apply from the 13 August 2015.

B) My partner and i are both on hourly rates, obviously we get a set salary and my partner hits the required amount without my wages added, but he gets overtime too so his payslips are never the same and he gets payed weekly. Would i take each week add them up till i get the 6 months then x by 2 for the 12 month total?

Up to 28 days before 39-month anniversary of arrival, so yes.
Take an average of 6-month wages, then annualise it.

Thanks ..... Im Assuming you meant 30 months not 39

So for his pay slips I'm showing all weekly for 6 months adding them up then dividing by six and multiplying twice to show what he will earn yearly.

You add up your pay slips for 6 months, divide by 6 and multiply by 12. if that comes up to £18,600 then you meet the requirement under Category A.
