Hi there,

Am I right in saying I should provide all of the below to satisfy the suitable accommodation requirement of the FLR(M) unmarried partner application? Is there anything I am missing?

- A recent council tax or utility bill in joint names
- Tenancy agreement
- Letter from the landlord confirming dates we have occupied the house and confirming permission to continue living in the property

My partner and I have been living in our current flat since June 2016 as sole occupants but the initial tenancy agreement was a fixed term of 6 months. By the end of the term, we verbally extended the agreement so it is now a rolling contract. We are renting from a private landlord whom we know so there were no formalities and we didn't sign a renewed tenancy agreement. In this case, is it sufficient to just provide the original contract from June 2016 - Dec 2016 and request the landlord sign a letter confirming we continue to live there as the contract has been extended and we are permitted to continue living there?

Thanks in advance!
