Hi,

We are filling my wife's FLR(M) application form and we are not sure on the following question:

"9.15 Give details of the British diplomatic post(s) involved if the application(s) was or were made abroad"

My wife had her biometrics taken in Hong Kong when she applied for her Tier 5 YMS back in October/November 2015, however, all emails correspondence during that application were from Manilla, even her Entrance clearance stamp (sticker) in her passport says Place of Issue is Manilla, so where (or who) should I put this as the British diplomatic post, is it Hong Kong or Manilla?

Thanks
