Hi there! Im compiling my correspondence and would like to ask:

Both my hub and I are asians - our names are structured in 3 Characters in the following sequence
Surname + name1 + name2

My husband has been in the U.K. For years and all his letters are in this form - name1 + Surname

On our joint correspondence, I have my full name published and his in the format above.

Would is be an issue? I'm 16 months into my spousal visa and a bit too late (sigh) to go back and request for all letters again.

Pls if anyone could share or advise? Thanks!

I'm no expert but I don't think it will be an issue as long as the address is correct and the names are correct despite the different format.

Our correspondence had our names written in different ways. For example:

Our joint bank statements said: Mr "SP" & Mrs "AG" Surname (so it used our initials and joint surname once)

British Gas letter said: Mr "Full 1st Name" & Mrs "Full 1st Name" Surname (so no middle names or initial).
