Hello everyone,

I'm currently going through the online application for the FLR(M) visa with my Wife.

For clarity, our situation is thus ...

We married in April 2017, and she has been here in the UK on a 'fiance' (6 month) visa since January. She is currently in the UK with me.

The section(s) I am not 100% on are the following questions -

Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)?
- I have answered YES for this question. Is that correct?

Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type.
- I have answered : First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay), is this correct if we are switching from the fiance - FLR(M) following getting married in the UK?

There is a section which asks if we currently live together, I have said that yes we do since she arrived in January to get married - The next section asks for letters, documentation etc to prove this is the case and that we've lived together for 2 years. Now honestly, the only documentation with both our names I have on is from the registrar confirming details of the wedding - she doesn't have any correspondence to her other than a mobile phone sim being sent to her as she isn't allowed to work or study on the fiance visa so what evidence am I going to be able to provide?

The next section asks if we have lived together for 2 years, and if not then to give details. We had several holidays during this period together but she lived back home in Uzbekistan at that time - Can I just say she lived in her home country and we visited each other at xyz time?

That is as far as I have got at the moment, if anyone can provide any information I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks very much,

Hi again, does any one have any ideas on the above? Ideally I'd like to get the application completed tonight so if things look 'wrong' could someone please let me know?

Thank you :)

Thanks for the information and your time - The question threw me slightly as it mentions an application from within the UK, and the fiance visa was applied for via the Visa4UK website in Uzbekistan.

Thanks again, I do appreciate your help - I will continue with the application this evening.
