Hi everyone,

I applied for my FLR M extension in June and today I received a 'your application raises complex issues relating to the European Convention of Human rights' letter, is it normal? My husband earns over the financial requirement and we have no kids, is that strange, I am really worried please advise, thanks..
Also if anyone else in the same situation or that have been in and received their visa , thanks :fingerscrossed::)

I think it's a variation on 'not-straightforward' letter, meant to justify extended processing times without stating the exact reasons.
