Hi, I am going to apply for FLM (M) to stay in UKfor good after getting married.
Need your expertise to go through my checklist of everything ok. Thank you

APPLICANT (Me, holding Fiancee visa):
• Passport size Photographs x2 (write my name behind)
• Current Passport
• Old passport x2
• Birth Certificates (English translated copy x1)
• IELTS Cert (meet the English requirement)
• Previous Employment contract (need??)
• Previous payslip x6 mths (need?? I resigned since March 2015)

SPONSOR (My British Fiance):
• Passport size Photographs x2 (write his name behind)
• Birth Certificate
• National Insurance

FINANCIAL:
• Sponsor’s Bank statements x6 months (our one and the only joint account)
• Sponsor’s Payslip x6 months
• Sponsor’s latest P60
• Sponsor’s building society saving book?? Do we need this?
• Sponsor’s Employment contract

ACCOMODATION (owned by sponsor):
• Mortgage letter
• Purchase agreements
• House floor plan
• House pictures
• Utilities, etc bills

PROOF OF OUR RELATIONSHIP:
• Marriage Certification (will be newly obtained in June 2015)
• 15 Photographs (few wedding photos and our latest photos)
• Extracted from all previous finace visa’s proof of relationship (email, facebook, skype, etc records)
• Extracted from all previous Fiance visa’s air tickets and receipts of gift and cards.

OTHER REQUIREMENT:
• Completed and printed FLR (M) Form (Version 04-2015, 74 pages) by hand (didn’t register on-line cos no option for that).
*The reference number of IHS will be written by pen on the front page of the FLR (M) form.
• Visa premium service Appointment letter
• Visa application payment sheet
• Immigration Health Surcharge email confirmation letter

My questions are:
1) Refer above checklist, are they enough to apply FLR (M)?
2) I will bring all the Previous Fiance Visa documents there as well, BUT the problem is the proof of our relationship are not updated!! Our email, Facebook, emails and photographs, skype, whatsapp records are all last updated on Oct 2014.
Can I use them to proof our relationship? What should I do?
3) All the FLR (M) Application checklist above are all ORIGINAL copies. Do I need to make photocopies for ALL?? As what I did for fiancé visa?
4) What is UK Naric certificate?? Do I need?

Thank you very much!!

If you aren't working you don't need your contract or pay slips. You don't need your birth certificate. Your passport proves how old you are.

SPONSOR (My British Fiance):
• Passport size Photographs x2 (write his name behind)
• Birth Certificate
• National Insurance
I think you only need 1 photo. You don't need his birth certificate or national insurance. You need either his passport of a copy of the bio pages.

FINANCIAL:
• Sponsor’s Bank statements x6 months (our one and the only joint account)
• Sponsor’s Payslip x6 months
• Sponsor’s latest P60
• Sponsor’s building society saving book?? Do we need this?
• Sponsor’s Employment contract
What category or categories are you applying under?

ACCOMODATION (owned by sponsor):
• Mortgage letter
• Purchase agreements
• House floor plan
• House pictures
• Utilities, etc bills
You don't need the floor plan or pictures. You only need a council tax or other utility bill. You need the deed or land registry.

Your photos should include a few from the wedding and a selection from across your relationship.

OTHER REQUIREMENT:
• Completed and printed FLR (M) Form (Version 04-2015, 74 pages) by hand (didn’t register on-line cos no option for that).
*The reference number of IHS will be written by pen on the front page of the FLR (M) form.
• Visa premium service Appointment letter
• Visa application payment sheet
• Immigration Health Surcharge email confirmation letter
Fine

My questions are:

You don't need to bring your fiance visa documents. You make a copy of everything and put it in the same order as the originals. You don't need a Naric certificate because you have met the English language requirement by taking an approved test. You can bring some of your previous emails, etc. If you have any post addressed to your jointing or singly, bring that.

Hi Nyclon,
Thank you very much.
I am applying under Category A.
On form section 2: Under which category are you applying for leave?
I chose 'Spouse of a person and settled in the UK and a biometric immigration.' Should be correct. :)

I am going for Premium service in person. Do i need to provide sponsorship and introduction letter?

Thank you again.
