With regards to evidence, I've not checked spread but if you can you'll want to swap out O2 contracts (assuming it's a mobile rather than broadband), credit card statement, car insurance, and the car recall letter. Those aren't the strongest forms of correspondence and aren't on the example list:

"Examples of acceptable items of correspondence

• Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing.
• Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters
• Bank statements/letters
• Building society savings books/letters
• Council tax bills or statements
• Electricity and/or gas bills or statements
• Water rates bills or statements
• Mortgage statements/agreement
• Tenancy agreement(s)
• Telephone bills or statements"

Hi,

Its all looks good but, followings are not needed:

APPLICANT-SPONSOR RELATIONSHIP-MARRIAGE/FAMILY
4. Copy of passport photo page- son
6. Copy of passport photo page- daughter
7. Family photographs

And also, as mentioned above, stick to above letter issuers like DWP, GP, TV Licence etc

Good luck

If you have two joint correspondences, then you each need four individual letters.

Whilst you are supplying more the amount specified, which isn't necessarily bad, your evidence is really not spread out enough. I notice that the applicant is providing correspondence from March 2015, and the sponsor's correspondence doesn't begin until a year later.

There's also no benefit in providing two letters very close together, e.g.:
Tesco Car Insurance Letter 02/11/2016
Letter from Electoral Services 17/11/2016

The sponsor also has three items of correspondence from November 2016. You only really need one of these.

As it stands, they will certainly notice a year-long gap in correspondence to the sponsor and I imagine you will have problems because of this

thanks for the help so far, i have found more documentation for myself (sponsor) and put it in the list. the things highlighted in red is what i intend to take out as per advice of others as i can see there is no use putting docs that are dated too close together. please have a look and comment guys. We live with family so do not pay bills, council tax or tv licencing. the evidence below is all that we have.
