What is B?

You don't need F, G or bank statements.

H. Evidence of Current Address (August 2015 – present)

Complete overkill. You each need 6 examples over the past 2 years and fairly evenly spread across over those years.

I don't understand how these things prove you can't live outside the UK.

What is A? You don't need D.

what is b?
- it's what the home office asked me to print out and sign during the online application, it's consent for them to make checks with banks etc.

You don't need f, g or bank statements.
Why not f? My husband isn't from an English speaking country so I thought we needed his uk degree as proof of the English language requirement?

We actually do need his bank statements but sorry it's not ordered correctly atm; the business card payments go into his account, not mine.

Agreed, i'll take some out then. I'd rather have more than not enough though!

It's about how it would be hard for the applicant to establish a 'private' family life outside the UK (they asked the question). My husband doesn't have any immediate family that live in his home country and he has lived in the uk with me since 2009. I'm not going to leave England and my family to move to his home country, a place i've never been to. What would he realistically do elsewhere without his wife or any other family members? He doesn't have a permanent visa for america or canada.

What is a?
- it's what the home office asked me to print and sign near the end of the online application form. It's a signed declaration that i am the spouse or something.

You don't need d.
- I guess so, but I like to show my support.

Thanks for looking.

You didn't actually explain who was the applicant and that your spouse is from a non-English speaking country or since that is the case, that his degree was from a UK university.

Having more isn't better.
