Hi - we are filling in the FLR (M) for my British daughter and her ZA husband who share our house - one question :
In the guidance notes on page 9 of 9 they say that "In addition you must have adequate accomodation for you and your partner and any dependents that live with you. The property must be occupied only by you, your partner and dependents. Further information about accomodation requirements is on our website. " is this a problem ? the only by you, your partner and dependents part? since they are living with me - mother, father and sister -
Have searched the gov website with no further trace of this
Any ideas?
Nicky

Not a problem, provided there is no overcrowding, hence a property inspection report is often attached, which is an independent verification that the property won't be overcrowded and otherwise suitable for occupation. Ask your council if they offer this service. Many will but some don't, in which case contact a local surveyor or online provider.

Thanks - when we applied for the Fiance visa we put in the Estate Agents pamphlet from when we purchased the house plus the latest council tax bill and Mortgage statement - would these suffice ?

Possibly. But different visa officers (caseworkers) may look at things differently.
