Hi I'm applying for my wife's FLRM this month. Currently we are living in my parents house. I have purchased my own property which was undergoing renovation until recently. We are planning to move in when the FLRM is approved. Can I state on the application that i currently live at my parents house but as soon as the visa is approved I will be moving into my own house?

I have the Land Registry and council tax for new house as well as utility bills (which are in our joint names). I would have put down that we currently live in our new home but all correspondence i.e. bank statements and NHS letters have my parents address on them.

Also heres my document checklist, could you please check its OK. Thank you.

It would be easier to use your owned address.....you have the Land Registry record and CT bill. To use Parents address requires them to provide LR record etc and a letter of approval.
