Hi everyone,

A quick question re the accomodation proof for our FLR application, I've read other posts on here and wasn't sure about the bottom line- would appreciate your help.

What documents do we need to provide to prove ownership of the property we live in (in my hisband's name, I'm the applicant)?

Thanks!

If your husband is an owner/occupier, a record of the Land Registry entry or Title Deed is required. The Land Registry entry can be obtained online. He will also need to supply a Council Tax Bill for the address.

If your husband is a Tenant the Tenancy Agreement is required along with a Letter from the Landlord giving consent for a "another" to live at the address.
