Hi All,
Does anyone know how /if you get extra luggage allowance on a one way ticket flight???? Been given very conflicting information by Singapore Airlines & Thomas cooks
Any Info would be most appreciated

You can get it from Singapore if you are are flying on a PR visa that has not been validated. Those on 457, temp spouse etc wont get it. But singapore will give you 5kg extra at check in though discretionary so dont assume you will get it. You'd need to email customer services at Singapore and they'll email you back what I just said, you show that at check in if you have any problems.
Thomas cook wouldnt really know anything about it because they are used to holiday makers not migrants.
If you fly emirates they have a higher allowance anyway.
