Hello everyone.

I'd first like to just thank everyone for the various advice provided to me with questions that I've asked.

Based on your advice and answers I've received, I have recompiled my list of documents and would like your final opinion on them please.

A. Applicant
-Letter of introduction
-Iraqi passport
-Omanian ID card
-2x passport sized photos
-Printed online Visa4UK application
-Appendix 2 form (category A)
-Bio-metric information (still to come at appointment)
-English test results (Life Skills A1)
-Proposed flight itinerary

B. Sponsor
-Sponsorship letter
-Sponsorship declaration
-Passport photocopy

C. Financial
-Employment letter from employer (includes type of employment, length, salary, type of payment, start of employment, holiday entitlement)
-Letter of confirmation from employer accountant
-P60 (current year)
-6 months payslips (paid weekly)
-6 months bank statements printed from bank branch (with salary payments marked)

D. Accommodation (property owned by my sister, no one living in it)
-Letter from my sister approving that me and my spouse can live in the property
-Inspection report (even though we will be the only ones there, I thought I'll just include it)
-Gas utility bill (I have just moved to the property, so I can't get a council tax bill quick enough. However the gas company is able to provide me with a utility bill in a week. Is submitting a gas utility bill enough?)
-Couple of photos from the property
-Land registry in my sister name
Should I include a photocopy of my sister's passport?

F. Relationship
-Attested marriage certificate in Arabic along with attested translation in English
-Air ticket of my travel to Iraq when I first met my wife x 1
-Air tickets of my travels to Oman before and after we got married x 3
-Photocopies of my passport pages with my travel stamps on them
-Photos together from my three visits to my spouse in Oman
-Photos from our engagement party (wedding will be in UK)
-Chat logs from WhatsApp, Facebook and Yahoo IM
-Western Union money transfer showing me as sender and her as receiver
-Post office parcel receipt showing me sending a package to my spouse address in Oman

I have a question about the priority service. It says on the UKVI websites that priority in big letters needs to be written on the application envelope. Is that the responsibility of the visa application center? Because we will be simply giving them the priority service receipt.

Your bank statement should ideally be stamped by the bank on every page.
Gas bill is useful.
No need for your sister's passport details.
Keep communications evidence to no more than 10-15 pages.
They should send by priority and identify as such.

Thanks for your reply Joppa.

I've got a question that I forgot to mention in the thread. How much time should my spouse passport have before it expires when applying? Because her passport expires next year in February. Is a period of around 6 months before expiration safe to apply in?

Thanks
