Hi,
I am new to this site and am hoping you can help us please. I have pasted the reason I have been refused my fiance visa to the UK:
Reasons for refusal:
''you have not provided satisfactory evidence in respect of your
relationship. it appears that your sponsor has only visited you
once in november 2012, almost one year ago . your sponsor earns
a reasonable salary and yet he has not visited you for one year.
you have provided some photos but these were presumably taken on
his visit last year. you have not provided evidence of contact that you and the sponsor have had in the last year and no evidence has been provided of plans you have made for your wedding. you state that you will make plans to get
married once you are in the uk but i would expect to see some
evidence of plans tentative or otherwise. the lack of evidence
of your relationship and the fact that your sponsor has not
visited you since last year casts doubt over whether you and
the sponsor have formed a lasting and mutual attachment.
in view of the above. i therefore am not satisfied your
relationship with your sponsor is genuine and subsisting
or that you intend to live together permanently in the uk.
i therefore refuse your application under paragraph EC-P.1.1(d)
of appendix FM of the immigration rules.( E-ECP.2.6 &2.10)
------------------------------------------------------------
for that reasons given , i am also not satisfied that you are
seeking entry to the uk to enable you marriage to take place.
i therefore refuse your application under paragraph EC-P.1.1(d) ''
I have therefore refused your application because i am not satisfied one the balance probabilities , that you meet all of the requirements
of the relevant paragraph of the uk immigration rules ''
Can you let me know what I have to do regarding the arrangement for the wedding that have been requested please. Also, what else I need to do to show our relationship is genuine. Please help. Thank you
