My Fiance and I are applying in May for the Fiance visa.
I will be moving into a new house next Tuesday (rented) with my sister and her fiance. It is a 4 bed place and our plan is that they have a room for themselves and their baby (due in May) and we have a bedroom and small room as private living room.
I read on one of the sites that you need the landlords permission for the visa applicant to move in. Is this true?
We may run into problems with this if it is as we are renting through a letting agency. My sister and her fiance are more than happy for my fiance to move in and as he will not be paying towards costs for the first 6+ months the agency cannot do a credit check to put him on the lease.
Is a letter from my sister and her Fiance enough to prove accommodation??
