Fiance visa help

I am now 8 months pregnant and have applied for a UK fiance visa. It was approved, but now my only question is what happens when the baby is born? I am too pregnant to fly and will have the baby here in the US. Do I need the baby listed as a dependent on my visa now? Or will a passport be OK? The embassy was aware that I was pregnant when they issued the visa, and knew that the baby would be born before I went to England.
