What category are you applying under?

You must show that any previous relationship that you or your partner were involved in has ended (whether it was as a married or an unmarried couple)
Neither of us have been in a previous relation ship, is stating it in the cover letter enough? Or?
If you haven't been married you just answer that question in the application. There is no need to substantiate it.

Your fiance must be earning a minimum of £18,600 per annum or have savings to be able to sponsor you
Pay slips 6 Months
Employment contract
P60
letter from employer confirming
National Insurance number
Name, Job Title, Start date, permanent or temporary, number of hours,
If wage increased => Date when wages increased + Gross annual income.
DO I HAVE TO DO A CALCULATION OF SOME SORT OR ARE THE PAYSLIPS ENOUGH?
Again, what financial category are you applying under?

[

Tenency agreement
landlord's letter outlining payments on time and new additional member
Years with tenants
Accommodation report made by private estate agent or local council confirming number of rooms

Statement to intend to live together

Too much. You only need what I have outlined above. You don't need a statement that you intend to live together.

Planning wedding documents - do we need this?
Email correspondence
Venue visits or correspodence
restutants and menus
Timelines planed to get married
Wedding Planning
You need none of that. What you need is evidence that you plan to marry. Receipts for deposits and provisional bookings for wedding related things like rings, dress, flowers, venue etc.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?

Thanks
Zara and Mat
You should write a letter of sponsorship-which you already asked about in a previous post.

You need a sample itinerary for when he'd like to travel.

I suggest you read through all your other posts.

You need a printed copy of the signed application, the Appendix 2 form, copy of the bio pages from the sponsor's passport, biometric receipt, waybill & return envelope, priority receipt (if applying priority) and passport photo of applicant.

Hi,

Sorry yes M ticket meant Mat's ticket to London, his flight, will it be needed.

We'll be applying for Fiancé visa, I have been working in my post for 6 month, I have 6 month payslips, not sure what you mean by category?
If my job changes next month will that harm the application in anyway?

Category A or B - you must apply under one or the other if you are in employment. If you have been in your current work for 6 months or longer, you can usually apply under Category A.
You should not change jobs until the visa is issued.

Hi,

Yes I have been in employment for 6 months so I am category A but I don't understand 12A on page 16 of FM-SE. Does that apply to me?

I will be submitting my bank statements highlighting the income corresponding with my payslips, statements covering 12 months to show finances and savings, P60, 6 months payslips, letter from employer confirming employment, wage, authenticity of payslips and type of contact, signed contract. I believe that is enough - please let me know if I'v forgotten something.

ALSO could you please explain how to calculate gross annual income, pg 18. Do I need to do that? and how? I classify for 13a - please help!

Annual income - just add it up. If salaried, then the monthly income times 12.

Black and white copies are fine, you might want to do color for the photo copies, but I found they didn't retain any of the photos anyway.

Do not highlight the deposits on your bank statements. You don't want to deface the documents in any way. If you feel you must point out the deposits, you can put a small post-it note tab next to each deposit with a small arrow on the tab. (I'm a little OCD and that's what I did ;) )

[I will be staying with my mother once my fiancé arrives. I understand I need a letter from my mother but what points should it include?
The tenancy agreement is in my mothers name, is that ok - shall I attach the original?
What should the letter from the landlord cover?
Should I send a council tax letter?
Do I need an accommodation report or will it suffice if the landlord letter covers the accommodation details?
The house is private let, my mother has not receiving housing benefits. Does being on housing benefits effect anything as she was receiving help previously when unemployed.
Is there any other documents?
Utility bills are not in my name, is it necessary?
Is it beneficial for my mother to mention I contribute to the rent?
Lots and lots of unnecessary documents.
