Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone here might be able to shed some light!

We applied for my partners visa application at the beginning of March, and as requested registered on teleperformance. We attended the appointment in Tirana, Albania on the 13th March, and documents were received back in the UK on the 17th March.

The teleperformance tracking was all working fine, updated on the same day as the appointment with a green tick, and then the same once documents had been received back here. Now it seems the site is no longer in use and there's a different link to use, o I registered on that one but it now shows no progress updates whatsoever.

According to March figures, 70% of settlement visas were decided in 30 days, we hit the 6 weeks wait tomorrow :( any time I try to contact UKVI to get an update no one gives me any information and the responses are all standard and hashed together, my latest one saying no current updates but maybe because the information I submitted on the form was incorrect (!). Is anyone else having the same issue? Does it matter that teleperformance isn't working and who will the email come from once the decision is made?

Any help/advice anyone can give would be appreciated, I know we need to be patient but the waiting is so much harder whed you have no idea what is happening! Running out of people to ask...

Thanks in advance :)

Processing times are business days so you are just hitting 30 days. Also, keep in mind that past processing times are no guarantee of future processing times. They are just there to give you an indication.

Thanks for your reply Nyclon, I do understand that it could take that amount of time.

I was more interested in if anyone else was experiencing the same issues with teleperformance tracking, and where the email comes from one the decision is made.

The tracking is quite often not accurate and you may or may not get an email. Often, people get their visa decision without any prior notification.

Thank you! This might seem like a stupid question, but if you aren't given any notification - how will you know a decision has been made or the documents ready to collect?!

Is the application being processed at a center? I did mine from the US and had a tracking number to track the package both to and from Sheffield, so I knew when to expect it.

If you have to collect it at a center, they will notify you when it's available. Sorry, didn't mean to confuse you! :)

That's ok! I appreciate you taking the time to answer :)

It's being processed in the UK but was submitted in Tirana, Albania - I had the notification that the documents had arrived here for processing on the 17th March. I was getting automate email updates from the teleperformance site where I was told to create an account but that's now out of action.

Im just not getting a lot of sense out of UKVI, I'm told to email them to track the status but where before they were replying with a standard response to say 'not yet assessed by an ECO' now it's just 'no current updates' - the process is a bit stressful when you can't seem to find out what is happening.
