Hi all!

My Fiancé got the fiancé visa.

My Fiancé is from Kazakhstan and this visa vignette is valid for 6 months and multiple and has a note on it stating that we have to register with the police within 7 days.

We didn't receive BRP because gov.uk says that international rollout for the rest of world (Kazakhstan is there) is after 31 July 2015.

What we've done and are going to do after my Fiancé arrived in the UK:

1. We registered with the police within 7 days after arriving in the UK
2. We are going to marry in August 2015 (within 6 months after arriving in the UK)
3. Then we will notify police about my Fiancé's marital status change within 7 days after marriage
4. Then (after marriage before fiancé visa expires) we are going to apply for FLR(M) visa and if it is successful we will receive BRP by post.

Is there anything missing in the above process steps?

Thanks!

He didn't receive a BRP because they are not issued for visas with a duration of 6 months or less.

Additionally, you will need to pay the NHS Surcharge before you apply.
