Experienced expats - Please help!

1. Regarding the dates to be put for Graduation (B.E - Bachelor of engineering)
a. The end date should be put as the date mentioned on degree certificate? OR should it be the date on the last semester marksheet? The degree certificate is usually handed out after the convocation in the university. Degree certificate mentions the convocation held date.
b. For the start date of graduation, I have the first semester marksheet which mentions the month, year of the exam. Do we have to furnish any document to corroborate the start date of graduation course?

2. Countries of Residence.
a. Need to put the countries of residence of past 10 years. I was in USA for 2 months and in Singapore since 15th Jan 2012. Do I have to include these stints?

3. Family Members
a. If one includes parents as other family members - Does PCC and Medicals have to be done for them?

1. Do you have TC given from college? It has clearly mentioned date of joining and leaving. If you don't have it should be OK to give some rough dates. shouldn't be a big issue
2. I think there is a separate section in Form 80 asking where you lived in past 10 years. In 176 you might give current residential address and contact details.
3. No, if they are under other family member they are waived off from these 2 things. If they are under non-migrating dependents yes they have to undergo pcc/meds and the results of their tests will have impact on your 176 visa.

I am planning to apply 175 GSM visa via the online mode.

1. When do we have to submit the form 80?
2. After one does the payment of non - refundable AUS dollars in DIAC application, what are the next steps?
a. Can one save a copy of the application in pdf like we could do in ACS skills assessment?
b. Where do we have to upload the documents?
c. Which all documents in pdf form have to be uploaded.
