Hi all

I am currently completing a family visitor’s visa for my spouse from Ecuador

Because there is no processing office in Ecuador I need to send the documents to Colombia to be processed after the biometric appointment

My problem is the return address. Mail is typically not delivered to the house, can I put down the DHL service point as the address? Also where do I provide this address at the biometric or on the application form

3.1 is living address and 3.6 is alternative contact address. Is 3.6 where they will send?

Does anyone have any ideas really stuck and need to send off today

Hi. Have you received any information about this.
I'm in the same situation.
I put a dhl address but was told that they couldn't deliver to an DHL agent when attending the biometric appointment. They then sent to home address and it arrived without a problem, despite the fact that we did not usually receive post to the house
