I'm applying for the family settlement visa (spouse) and under cat A of financial requirements.

Personal Details Form
Current valid passport
previous (not valid) passport
Passport size Photo
Copy of sponsor’s passport
Evidence of English Language Requirements: Ielts A1 life skills
Applicant Reference Letter from Voluntary work in Ireland
Applicant's Certificate of Criminal Record
Evidence of Applicant’s current employment: letter from the company
Marriage Certificate
Pictures of the couple during the last 6 years (including wedding pics, 36 pics, 9 pages)
Applicant’s letter of introduction
Sponsor’s letter


Financial Requirements (sponsor / Cat A: With current employer for 6 months or more – overseas sponsor returning to the UK)
Bank Statements: stamped and signed in each page
Bank Letter: stating that sponsor receive the salary in that bank account, and those bank statements are real and valid
6 months of payslips
Job Offer Letter (19k salary, starting date)
Evidence of the sponsor current employment: letter from the company with salary, starting date and job description.


Accommodation
Supporting letter from the occupant confirming that we are able to stay there
Property Inspection
Tax Bill

Is there anything missing?

Any communications evidence such as Skype for the times you didn't live together

You don't need:
Letter from Ireland
Criminal Record
Bank letter, if you are submitting original statement and it's clear his salary is being paid.

Hi Joppa, thanks for the reply.

We lived in different countries for 10 months in 2010 and as I lived on a farm and didn't have internet we only exchanged letters. There's the post stamps with the dates on the envelopes.
Should I send the envelopes then? (the letters are all in portuguese)

From 2011 on we have lived in the same city, so we didn't have skype conversations.
We have records of exchanged emails.
Should we attach them as well?
