Hello,

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on this statement for me:

..."Where Appendix FM-SE requires the applicant to provide specified evidence relating to a period which ends with the date of the application, that evidence must be dated no earlier than 28 days before the date of the application"...

I found it in the Immigration Directorate Instructions (its the large PDF file that explains how you can meet the financial requirement). I'm confused by the meaning of the statement and what evidence it's referring to?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

It refers mainly to your latest payslip and bank statement, which must be dated no more than 28 days of your online or in-person application, whichever comes first. So if your pay slip is dated today, 6th November, you must apply no later than 4th December.
