Experiences with HSBC?

Hello,

I've had a muck with one of my bank statements and I've requested to have it delivered to a local branch.

Our visa appointment is on Friday and HSBC quoted me delivery within 3 working days ('Wednesday or Thursday') - does anyone have experience with HSBC statement deliveries? Are they reliable?

I don't know about delivery to a local HSBC branch, but we requested to send statements to our place and it took 4 working days.

If you order it to a branch, does statement have your name and address on?

Hopefully it will arrive in 3 days for you!
