Hi all,

I have previously posted the same topic but I cannot delete it.

To put it into words

I have an Evisitor visa which Expires beginning of April 14' I will be flying next year and staying longer then April 14'
If I apply for a new evisitor so I can stay longer will it be rejected or given a NFS on this?
Anyone done this before?

Thanks

Hi Isi,

if you are flying to Australia later it might be a good idea to just apply for a new visitor visa. To quote from the eVisitor (subclass 651) visa page:

If you already have an eVisitor and apply for another one, if the new eVisitor is granted it will:
* be valid as soon as it is granted
* replace your existing eVisitor.
Note that you cannot stay longer than 3 months total in Australia on an eVisitor visa.

Cheers,
Monika
