The only way in Spain is for a company to wish to employ you & for the company to apply for an employment visa on your behalf, & convince the Spanish government that there is no EU citizen available to fill the position.

The visa would be job & country specific.

Each EU country will have its own requirements for the process of employing non-EU citizens.
