Hi everyone,
I am a EU citizen resident in the UK.
I recently got married to a non-EU citizen, my wife is now pregnant but still overseas.
We are planning to spend our lives in the UK so we would like to have the baby here, but I'm not sure if she's entitled to NHS treatment just for being my wife. Could you please advise? Since she is a self-employed professional, maybe she could register as such and get a N.I. number?

She should apply for EEA family permit and then after arrival, apply for residence card, which should be sufficient document to enable her to use NHS.
