They dont block usa emails... haaha, that is funny.
They probly receive a thousand emails a day for a job. You are in the pile. If you are cute and female, they you might move to head of line. If you are senior level, then the emails for your specific job might be n the hundred or so range and better chance
Be patient. But also, be proactive. Get on linked in, network and find some individuals who work for them. Try to find either HR individuals or try to find people who are in the division you want to work for. Is the same as the usa in finding a job. Takes networking and usually is who you know, not what you know.
