Error While Logging in to Immi Account - 491 Visa

Hello,

I have applied for 491 visa and while logging in to my Australia Immi Account, I am getting the below error message:

"Your immi account does not have access to VEVO service".

I have attached the screenshot of the error message.

Can you kindly advise what is this error about.

VEVO service is for those who have held a valid visa now or in the past
Did you have any Australian visa ever ?
Visas under processing don’t show up in VEVO
