Can someone tell me how safe are these suburbs ?? - Epping , Cheltenham or Eastwood in Sydney.

approx whats the average rental for 2 bedroom and popular rental agencies in and around the suburbs.

Lovely, quiet leafy suburbs with good transport links. Particularly Cheltenham is very nice. Epping and Eastwood have more shops.

For the agents if you have a look at the Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au link already given in the previous answer the agent for each property is listed so you can get a list of local agents from there. Pretty much all properties available anywhere in Australia are on this website.
