Hi all,

I have read on a few occasions people stating that 60 points would be enough for this trade, or 60 points would not be enough for that trade..

How are the points related to trades?

I can get 60 points with 20 from PTE with 3 years work experience. (easy to prove this employment)
To get 5 years work experience I might struggle (self employed with some previous companies I worked for no longer trading)

342211 Electrical Linesworker is my trade.

You will find that cut off points are higher in the groups which are in high demand like ICT, Accountant etc.
