Can anybody help me to fill the EOI for NZ? I don't understand how to fill the question F3, Bonus point for qualification as my qualification is in absolute skill shortage list.

The question is asking whether your qualification is exempt from assessment or, if not, that it has been assessed as being comparable to an NZ qualification. If the answer is yes then what is the Level it achieves ?

If the qualification is not exempt and it has not been assessed then it's a No.
